Shipping

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days after the processing period. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing from the date your order is placed.

We will always do our best to deliver your package as soon as possible and on time. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses, courier delays and other clearance issues. At this time, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

We are NOT responsible for reshipping items out to you due to an incomplete or incorrect address. If items are returned to us for these reasons, we will gladly reship your items to you at your own expense.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Shipping costs are based on order weight.

Returns

Thank you for shopping with us! It is very important to us that all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return. All items must be unused with original tags and packaging. There should be no visible signs of wear and tear.

All sale and clearance items will ALWAYS be FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned. This also includes any items purchased at a sale price and during any online promotions.

In order to be eligible for a return, all returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted if merchandise has been used or the 7 days have passed.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, it must be reported to us within 3 business days, or it will be considered wear and tear and you will not be eligible for a return. Once notified of the damage we will send you a replacement and cover all shipping & handling fees. Customers are responsible for shipping & handling fees for non-defective returns. Non-defective merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All returns must have a Return Authorization number. Returns without a RA number may be refused. Please contact us at help@beauty-stash.com for this number.

If you are shipping an item valued at $50 or more you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If you are approved, we will then send you your store credit.

Items must be sold at minimum of 2X our wholesale pricing.
